Siddhartha Secondary School is situated just 200 meters north of Mahendra Highway, easily accessible for students and staff. The school’s infrastructure boasts a U-shaped design, with the school building encompassing a spacious ground in the center. This open area is filled with lush plants and vibrant flowers, which are planted both within the ground and along its edges, creating a serene environment for learning and play.
The school building is a blend of one ground floor and three upper floors, painted in a distinctive greish blue color with blue, brown, and yellow accents lining the exterior, giving the building a modern and appealing look.

There are distinct areas for different age groups: the Montessori section is separated from the rest of the school, allowing the younger students to have their own dedicated space. Additionally, there is a separate administration building that houses all the office work, ensuring the school functions smoothly.

The ground is neatly paved with bricks, providing a sturdy surface for students' activities. A dedicated parking area ensures that vehicles are kept away from the main play and learning areas, improving both safety and organization.

Classrooms are located on the ground, first, and second floors, while the third floor is dedicated to specialized facilities, including well-equipped science labs, a library, and a seminar hall for academic and extracurricular events. Each floor is equipped with washroom facilities and drinking water stations, and the drinking water is purified through a filtration system to ensure the health and safety of students and staff.
